The art of body piercing has continued evolving for over the last thirty years. Different techniques and products have been introduced and refined to make your piercing experience as quick and painless as possible. By using a freehand technique the use of forceps (clamps) has become virtually obsolete. By removing these tools from standard usage there is less trauma to the immediate area caused by pressure of the surrounding tissue. What this means is, less trauma equals less tissue damage and a faster healing piercing.

All body piercing is done with the highest quality internally threaded or threadless jewelry available. Once again less trauma equals faster healing. All our initial piercing jewelry is made in the United States and complies with the ASTM standard for implant grade materials (ASTM F-138 for Steel and ASTM F-136 for Titanium). Everything coming in contact with your body has been sterilized prior to use in a Statim 2000 cassette autoclave which is spore tested weekly to ensure proper sterilization has occurred. Results are available upon request.

All piercings are done using aseptic technique. The piercing room is disinfected at the beginning of each shift and between clients with an EPA registered surface disinfectant. Hand washing, proper glove donning, frequent glove changes, face masks and proper setup technique also eliminate cross contamination. Also, as many items as possible are single use and disposable to ensure your risk of disease transmission is eliminated.
